We are looking for a Strategic Insights & Analytics Associate who is motivated and excited by the idea of making a difference in the knowledge market. This role is instrumental in building out our clients professional services capabilities - you will help shape the future of this offering.

The Strategic Insights & Analytics Associate works with world-class companies and clients, including multiple Fortune 500 companies as well as top tech, private equity, and management consulting companies, to understand their needs and deliver high-impact research projects to help them uncover insights to answer their toughest business questions. 

📍 Work arrangement: 4 days on-site, 1 day remote.

In this role you will:

  • Disrupt expert research the way Uber disrupted the taxi industry, the way AirBnB... - you know what we mean
  • Understand client end-goals and support the SI&A Consultant in developing research objectives and developing research plans
  • Develop interview guides and/or surveys that address client needs to make better business decisions
  • Analyze survey results and prepare to present visually, i.e., support SI&A consultant in preparing story decks to clients
  • Prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with clients and experts covering all imaginable sectors of expertise, geographies, etc.


What we're looking for:

  • 2-5 years of professional work experience.
  • You are a market research expert, research professional at a leading market research company (i.e., background in market research and specific familiarity with quantitative surveys and insights - experience with methodologies such as conjoint, MaxDiff, or pricing analysis is mandatory)
  • Good skills in survey design, data analysis, and statistical analysis techniques
  • Analyze primary data to identify key insights and trends that drive business decisions
  • Strong storytelling and narrative-building skills — you can look at a business problem and build a compelling, consultant-like story from the data, not just report the numbers
  • Experience with data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R, Python) and visualization tools
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • You enjoy working independently and efficiently with minimal direction and under pressure
  • You enjoy learning, team collaboration, communication, listening and advocating
  • Have a bachelor's degree or greater in a relevant field of study (sociology, business, data science)
  • Very good English skills (verbal and written)
