Job Description:

Remote (EST hours required) · Early-career · Generalist

Outsentia is hiring on behalf of our client, a company building the AI that turns a product idea into a real, launched consumer brand. Branding, packaging, manufacturing, website, growth - 50+ AI agents do the heavy lifting. They're a tiny team, well-funded, and moving fast.

They are backed by leading VCs and their founders have been at Google Deepmind, Gemini, McKinsey, and have started consumer brands that have been on Shark Tank.

They're looking for their Founding Operations Lead: the person who makes real-world brands actually happen. Half of this job is running operations and delighting customers. The other half is building the AI workflows that let one person do the work of ten. If you love consumer products and you're the kind of person who automates their own job for fun, keep reading.

What you'll do

  • Make customers wildly successful. You're their first call and their secret weapon, from "I have an idea" to "my brand is live."
  • Find and wrangle manufacturers. Source suppliers, negotiate, manage samples and timelines, and keep production moving.
  • Run operations. Own the glue that keeps brands shipping on time.
  • Build AI workflows. Spot repetitive work and automate it. You'll wire up agents and tools so the whole operation scales without scaling headcount.
  • Bring design sense. You have taste. You can shape how a brand looks and feels, and you sweat the details that make products feel premium.

You might be a fit if you

  • 2+ years work experience
  • High attention to detail
  • Are early in your career but already run circles around people twice your age
  • Get genuinely excited about consumer brands, packaging, and beautiful products
  • Already use AI daily and have built (or hacked together) your own workflows
  • Are comfortable with ambiguity and would rather figure it out than wait to be told
  • Communicate like a human, not a help desk

Why this role

  • Ground-floor ownership at a company building something genuinely new
  • You'll touch dozens of brands across every category instead of grinding on one
  • Real responsibility from day one and a front-row seat to AI changing how products get made
  • Remote, fast, and focused on getting stuff done.
