About the Role

Were looking for a Creative & Social Media Associate to support Outsentias brand presence across social platforms. This is a hybrid role, combining creative design and social media execution.

Youll work from clear direction, ideas, or themes and be responsible for turning those into polished visuals and posts. This role is execution-focused — ideal for someone who enjoys creating content, working independently, and producing consistent weekly output.

The role is available as full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate.

What Youll Do

Creative & Content Design

• Design static posts, carousels, and simple short-form videos

• Turn briefs or rough ideas into clean visuals and well-written captions

• Maintain a consistent brand look and tone across platforms

• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn

Social Media Execution

• Support and manage Outsentias TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn accounts

• Adapt content for each platform (format, tone, and pacing)

• Schedule and publish posts on a weekly basis

• Help maintain a consistent posting cadence

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work from weekly themes or content ideas provided by the team

• Share drafts ahead of posting and incorporate feedback

• Help track basic engagement metrics and identify what performs best

• Support ongoing improvements to content formats over time

What Were Looking For

Must-Haves

• Experience creating content for social media (personal, freelance, or professional)

• Portfolio or examples of social media posts youve designed

• Strong visual design skills and good writing fundamentals

• Comfortable working with short-form video

• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Able to manage weekly deliverables with minimal supervision

• Availability to work US hours

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience supporting or managing brand social accounts

• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Adobe Suite, CapCut, or similar

• Basic understanding of social media analytics

• Experience working with startups or small teams

Role Details
