About the Role
We're looking for a Tech Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience hiring for technical roles - someone who can confidently own the full recruitment cycle from start to finish. You'll be responsible for understanding technical requirements, sourcing credible candidates, running structured screening processes, and closing offers. You'll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to fill roles quickly and to a high standard across both local and international pipelines. The ideal candidate knows the difference between a frontend and a backend engineer, can critically read a job description, and evaluates candidates well beyond their resume.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for technical roles, from kickoff to offer acceptance
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other creative channels
- Conduct structured screening calls to assess technical fit, communication, and culture alignment
- Maintain and update the candidate database and ATS with precision
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical leads
- Write and post compelling job descriptions that attract the right talent
- Track pipeline metrics and report on hiring progress
- Negotiate offers and manage closing process
- Build and maintain strong pipelines for roles such as:
- Software Engineers (Frontend / Backend / Full Stack)
- Data Analysts / Data Engineers
- DevOps / Cloud Engineers
- QA Engineers
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience recruiting for technical or software engineering roles
- Solid understanding of common tech stacks, engineering roles, and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools
- Proven experience managing an ATS and keeping pipelines organized
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously without compromising quality
Nice to Have
- Experience recruiting for international markets (US, UK, LATAM, or the Middle East)
- Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing or screening tools
- Prior experience at a staffing agency or recruitment firm
- Exposure to technical assessments or coding challenge platforms
